When measuring gas, instruments are installed in vertical pipelines with no restrictions on gas flow direction. However, if the pipeline
contains a small amount of liquid,to prevent liquid from entering the instrument measuring tube, the airflow should flow from bottom to top.
Liquid installation diagram
When measuring liquids, in order to ensure that the pipeline is filled with liquid, it is necessary to install vertical or inclined pipelines Flow should be ensured from bottom to top. If there is a small amount of gas in the pipeline, the instrument should be installed at a lower position.

Matters needing attention

1. Try to avoid strong electrical equipment, high-frequency equipment, and strong switching power supply equipment as much as possible.
2. Avoid direct effects from high-temperature heat sources and radiation sources.
3. Avoid high temperature environments and highly corrosive gas environments.
4. Vortex flowmeter instruments should be avoided from being installed on pipelines with strong vibration as much as possible.
5. Instruments should be installed indoors, and when installed outdoors, attention should be paid to waterproofing, with special attention paid
At the electrical interface, the cable should be bent into a U-shape to prevent water from entering through the cable
Enter the amplifier casing.
6. There should be ample space around the instrument installation point for installation and connection
