Installment and use

1. Connect the power supply, which is single-phase AC 220V.
2. Press the power switch, the constant temperature indicator light will turn on. The power supply of the semiconductor cooler has been connected, and the semiconductor cooler has started working. The temperature in the working area of the thermostat is starting to decrease. At this point, the temperature controller displays the temperature of the thermostat, and there is air discharged from the upper part, indicating that the fan is working properly.
3. When the working area temperature of the zero degree thermostat drops to 0 degrees, the constant temperature indicator light will start to light up and then turn off. At this time, the zero degree thermostat has entered the constant temperature state. After about 15 minutes of entering the constant temperature state, the zero degree thermostat can be used as the reference temperature of the thermocouple.
4. After use, cut off the power.

Maintenance

1. The zero temperature thermostat has undergone operational testing before leaving the factory, and all parameters of the Zhineng temperature controller have been optimized and set.
2. Semiconductor refrigerators are ceramic components, please do not disturb strong vibrations and impacts.
3. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ºC, please specify when placing an order.
4. Avoid using in environments with highly corrosive gases and dust particles.
5. Please cover the instrument with a cloth cover when not in use to prevent dust from entering.
