Installation requirements
1. The length of the straight pipe section of the measured pipeline at the installation site of the flowmeter should meet the following requirements as much as possible: 20D upstream and 10D downstream (D is the inner diameter of the pipeline)
By using our company's rectifier flowmeter (diameter ≤ DN100), the length requirements for the front and rear straight pipe sections can be greatly reduced.
2. The flow regulating valve should be installed as much as possible below 10D downstream of the flowmeter, and if it must be installed at the front end, it should also be kept as far away from the measuring point as possible.
