Usage Method


1. The air pressure pump should be placed on a workbench that is easy to operate and kept level.
2. The working environment temperature should be -10~60 ºC, the relative humidity should not exceed 80%, and the surrounding air should not contain corrosive gases.
3. The workbench needs to be stable. Do not be subjected to vibration during use
4. Usage: Positive pressure detection - unscrew the plug on the output port, adjust the fine adjustment to the appropriate position (middle position), close the air delivery valve, connect the standard gauge and the inspected gauge, tighten the standard gauge and the inspected gauge, slowly apply pressure to the required range by operating the lever, and use the fine adjustment to adjust to the calibration point.
5. Negative pressure detection - unscrew the plug on the output port connector, adjust the fine adjustment to the appropriate position (middle position), pull out the switching valve, connect the standard meter and the inspected meter, and close the air delivery valve. Operate the lever to evacuate to the desired range and use fine-tuning to adjust to the calibration point.
6. Do not use switching valves under pressure

Maintenance and Repair


1.When not in use, it is necessary to cover the instrument with a cloth cover to prevent dust from entering.
2. Avoid using in environments with highly corrosive gases and dust particles.
3. Regularly wipe all parts of the pressure pump, and no liquid should enter the instrument during measurement.
