Usage method

Fat injection
1. Select the connecting nut for the grease gun head (two types of nuts 1. M20 × 1.5   2.  1 ″ -14 teeth are provided in front of the grease gun barrel). If the connecting thread on the valve or pipeline is M20 × 1.5, place the M20 × 1.5 nut at the front, otherwise it is a 1 ″ -14 tooth nut.
2. Unscrew the screw cap at the front end of the grease gun barrel (note: the front end of the screw cap is equipped with two types of nuts, 20 × 1.5 and 1 ″ -14 teeth, respectively).
3. Put the sealing grease or butter that needs to be injected into the grease gun barrel and compact it.
4. Tighten the cap of the grease gun barrel.
5. Tighten the grease gun head in front of the grease gun barrel to the connection port on the valve or pipeline.
6. Connect the quick male connector at the back of the grease injection gun barrel to the quick female connector in front of the high-pressure manual pump oil pipe.
7. Tighten the unloading handwheel and pressure handle on the manual pump until sealing grease or butter is injected.
8. If multiple times are required, repeat the above actions.
9. If the length of the grease injection oil pipe is not enough, you can use one of the oil pipes equipped in the box (unscrew the grease injection gun head in front of the grease injection gun barrel, screw it into the internal thread of one end of the oil pipe, and screw the other end of the oil pipe into the original position of the grease injection gun head in the gun barrel, ensuring that it is tightened without leakage).

Usage and safety

1. Normal use of oil pump: When working at a pressure of 63MPa, the performance of the oil pump will be safely exerted. No adjustments are needed everywhere. When the actual working pressure is below 63MPa, no adjustments are needed at any point.
2. Expand the scope of use of the oil pump: To adapt to the matching oil cylinder, it can work at a pressure lower than 63MPa. At this point, connect the pressure gauge to the rubber hose and adjust the high-pressure valve. When the pressure reaches the working pressure of the oil cylinder, it can be used. In order to meet the needs of large tonnage and large stroke operations, large fuel tanks or auxiliary fuel tanks can be designed and manufactured separately.

Matters needing attention

1. It cannot work under a pressure greater than 63MPa. Do not arbitrarily adjust the high and low pressure valves.
2. When working, the handle should be shaken steadily without causing any impulse in the oil circuit, in order to ensure that all valves work continuously.
3. When reducing pressure, the handwheel should be slowly twisted and not allowed to reduce pressure too quickly.
4. When the oil level is insufficient, do not inject oil under pressure to avoid pressure in the storage pipe during oil return.
5. Tighten all connections before operation.
6. High pressure rubber hoses should undergo a pressure test once a year to prevent accidents caused by aging of the hose. If the test pressure is below 90MPa and bulges or leaks occur, they cannot be used.
